SHIPPING POLICY:
- You are responsible for correctly entering your address and contact information at checkout. We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable because of an error in your shipping address.
- If you can only receive mail at a PO box, please call us before placing an order so that we can use the correct shipping service.
- Our shipping schedule is for in-stock items only.
- We process orders Monday through Friday.
- Orders placed over the weekend or during a holiday begin processing on the following business day.
- Payment issues may delay your order.
- Metaldetector.com and shipping carriers are not responsible for weather delays or shipping delays that are out of their control.
- If we are out of stock on an item, you will be notified via email immediately. If a delay is inconvenient, please notify us.
- We reserve the right to upgrade or modify your shipping method, at no additional cost to you, to get your order to you on time.
UNITED STATES
All orders over $99 qualify for free ground shipping within the Contiguous United States and are processed and shipped per the estimated shipping date range shown at checkout. Additional processing time may been required for walk-through security metal detectors. This can be as much as 21-28 business days depending on the demand at the time of the order.
Free ground shipping does not include a delivery time guarantee. They are shipped by a carrier of our choice. Our warehouse team will select the quickest and most cost efficient delivery method available to your location. If you need to specify a specific shipping vendor, your order will no longer qualify for this free shipping offer.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping costs can be calculated using our shipping calculator once the products have been placed into the shopping cart at checkout. We do not mark up our shipping costs at all. The rates you see are the rates the carrier charges us.
Duties and fees may apply to your order and will vary based upon country of destination, items ordered, and shipping method required. You, the customer, are responsible for all shipping and import fees associated with your order including return shipping if the import fees are not paid in a timely manner and the order is returned.
It usually takes from 3-10 business days for an international shipment to arrive depending on your country. Actual number of days may vary based on origin, destination, and customs delays.
